baby, what's in that satchel?

lookie at this! courtesy of takchek, one of my contacts on flickr whom i don't know, or even speak to, but commented once, but since i never checked i received it 5 months late.

and then she rambled on: flickr can be silly. you can add or be added as a contact by anybody at all, but when you ask them "who are you?" and "how did you find me?" and "do i know you", nobody says a damn thing. or they pretend they never received your mail, or they just ignore it. ok so maybe flickr is not the one that's funny. and i also don't mind if you just add, but i'm curious! and anyway it can't hurt to be friendly.

i wish i could paint like mark ryden. i'm not exactly naturally talented, and the only art instruction i ever received when i was a kid was really boring and uninspiring (i think it was yamaha art school or some rubbish at parkway parade). and then i never actually took it up again, so really i am quite under-developed. so anyway, anybody wanna give a quarter-aged girlie some art lessons?
