baby, what's in that satchel?

we went to big day out yesterday! pictures are all on stoo's camera, so they'll come later. anyway, the pictures are mostly for bragging purposes =P we saw the presets (pretty good!), the grates (not-so-great), heard wolfmother (not exactly blown away, but i'd still buy a cd) and THEEEEN we got stampeded on trying to get into the mosh for kings of leon, who were pretty good although they didn't really seem all that into it. then waited an hour for franz ferdinand and they were fantastic! and then we waited an hour for the white stripes while listening to iggy and the stooges. mmm .. jack white is soooooo talented. and meg's got massive boobs. so mesmerizing.

the much water was sprayed on us, and i was stampeded for the first time ever! it was great. and being in the outdoors mosh was much less claustrophobic than being in an indoors one, because at least you got breeze sometimes. and security had fun spraying people with water. i guess so we didn't all dehydrate and die.
